1988-2007    PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY & COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE, Rancho Santa Fe, California.  Specializing in estate properties in the North County area, including land transactions and trustee sales.  Developed a significant client base from which approximately 90% of her business is referral based.  Repeatedly achieves the distinguished award level of  Prudential's "International President's Circle".

1985 - 1987     APPLIED MICRO CIRCUIT CORPORATION, San Diego, California.  Director of Customer Service and Sales forecasting departments.  Directly responsible for all customer interface with key accounts (i.e., ATT, IBM, Westinghouse, etc.) Supervision and administration responsibilities.

1979 - 1984     GENERAL DYNAMICS-CONVAIR, San Diego, California.  Supervisor Cost Estimating Department.  Responsible for negotiating $300M to $500M annually on Cruise Missile contracts with the Department of Defense.  Supervision and administration responsibilities.

1974 - 1978     GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE, Los Angeles, California.  Management auditor.  Researched, analyzed and prepared detailed reports with recommendations on effectiveness of government programs.  Reported directly to Congress and often presented to congressional subcommittees.  Supervision and administration responsibilities.
